Hi all!

The W2K is flying along - its now a 4 Km ride from the lake (3.7track) check out the progress

If anybody wants to lend us a hand for a day or even half a day give us a ring or This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .
We now have extra work to do on crossings etc. and another pair of hand will keep it flowing along. You just need work boots, lunch, lots of water and a smile plus your bike. One of us bikes in each day but we will shift all your gear up by quad.

More photos of the Whakaipo track at the end.

Great to see lots of riders enjoying the Thursday races, sorry but we cant make it rain.

See Saw and log ride seem to be getting a thrashing and we even have written "See Saw" on the sign for the Dip Stick who couldnt figure it out, and through it was a jump!

We do know of one person who had a bad fall by going too slow, so check it out first, and ride to your ability!
Another See-Saw is on the way for the Luge (will be quite steep), but will be the same set up so you can go around it.

Thanks to Banger and Dave for building the cattle stop by the gum trees - its works a treat - no getting off for the fence.

We are looking at having the odd working bee soon on the Rotary Ride (Huka Lodge down hill) and on a new track in Wairakei (just got to do the route finding), but will let you know by email.

Thanks to Peter Manning for cutting the roots out of the Ferret. He has made a huge difference to the track, it now flows along.

If anybody wants to fix a bit of track give us a ring or see us at the Thursday races. We are all for it but, we just need to know what is going on for safety reasons. You dont have to tell us if you are cutting back blackberries or broom - we think you are a legend if you stop and do your bit

Cheers
