Taupo Mountain Bike Club: 2009 Annual general Meeting

The AGM will take place on Thursday 19th November 2009, at Hub Cafe (Helistar) at 6.00 pm.

Come along a bit earlier (say 5.45 pm) and let us buy you "coffee & cake", and have a chat before the meeting starts.

If you would like to stand for committee, that would be great (give Len a ring on 377 2261 or just turn up and let us know on the night). If you don't want to stand for committee, come along anyway, have a coffee on us, and contribute your views on direction for the Club.

The AGM may take 45 minutes or so, and when we are done, for those of you who bring your mountain bikes, we will head off on "Pete's Mystery Ride #1.
