Down 4WD track (Fisherman’s Road) on Western side of Waikato River, to Aratiatia Dam
Cross Aratiatia Dam on south side footpath
Aratiatia Track to Huka Falls
Eastern Bypass
Part Huka Falls (DOC, walk)
Rotary Ride to Spa Park,
At Hot Water Bridge, turn right on gravel road
Up the Waikato River Track on edge of Spa park
Up cobble path alongside County Avenue
Right onto cobble path alongside Spa Road
Through Taupo Bungy car park
Bungy to Riverbank Reserve
Riverbank Reserve to Control Gates, then left up grass slope
Cross SHI on temporary bridge
Onto Riverside Park pathway
Around Riverside Park
Cross bottom end of Redoubt St, and pass boat Harbour, on Ferry Road, to Tongariro Street
